Even if it's not something you've done personally, you're probably aware of weight loss organisation Slimming World, which was founded in 1969 by Margaret Miles-Bramwell.
The company regularly share many healthy recipes with the aim of helping people lose weight. Their chicken supreme recipe is an easy and tasty dinner option which is especially comforting during the colder months of the year.
This recipe swaps double cream for plain quark, making it a much healthier choice if you're trying to make a few small changes to your diet. There's no white wine either we're afraid!
