Reminiscent of one of our fave Easter treats, there's no chocolate involved with the Bark Cadfurry Eggs Chocolate Easter Eggs Plush Dog Toy, but there's certainly a lot of fun. Made with crinkly material and two squeakers, this duo of toys comes with one 'wrapped' and one 'unwrapped' egg so if you're in a home with multiple dogs, they won't need to share.
Customer review: "I love these toys. They are so cute and great quality. A little hard to push the squeaker and my really tiny dog hasn't squeaked it yet and the toy is solid. My dog is a Chorkie and very small but he can carry these and play with it very well. He really likes them. I ordered them online and it actually comes with two not one. I thought the stock photo was a photo of the toy front and back so that was a nice suprise. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend for small dogs and puppies. Bigger dogs may be able to destroy it in seconds lol."

FAQs
When is Easter 2024?
Easter weekend 2024 falls on the last week of March, beginning with Good Friday on 29 March, followed by Easter Sunday on 31 March, and concluding with Easter Monday on 1 April, so you've still got time to get Easter eggs and treats sorted for the whole family, including your pooch.
Can I give my dog an Easter egg?
While chocolate Easter eggs are yummy treats for us, they are deadly to dogs as contain a chemical called 'theobromine', which is toxic to dogs. The Blue Cross says that even small amounts of chocolate can cause:
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Hyperactivity
• Tremors
• Seizures or fits
• Heart problems
• Death, in severe cases
The Blue Cross also comments that the darker the chocolate, the more potent the level of theobromine, and the more poisonous it is - but giving any type of chocolate to dogs must be avoided. Even white chocolate, although it doesn't contain enough theobromine, is fatty and can pose a potential risk of upset tummies and even pancreatitis.
Luckily, there are many dog-safe Easter egg options available these days so your pup can still enjoy a seasonal treat. Pup-friendly Easter eggs are made using carob, which is said to have a similar taste to the chocolate we know and love but without the harmful side effects for our pooches.
