After eight years away from our screens, the award-winning spy thriller The Night Manager is returning to BBC with not one but two more series, and many of the original cast members are returning to the show.

The TV drama is based on the book of the same name by John le Carré, who also wrote Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.

Where is The Night Manager filmed?

The Night Manager series 1 was filmed mostly on the island of Majorca and it's been reported that Tom Hiddleston and Camilla Monroe have been filming for season 2 in Notting Hill, London.

Based on John le Carré's 1993 novel, the first season of The Night Manager introduced us to Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston), a former British soldier turned hotel night manager. Pine is recruited by Angela Burr (Olivia Colman), an intelligence operative, to infiltrate the inner circle of the notorious arms dealer Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie).
