Prime Video has released a first look at their new thriller Fear, which is about a family who are pushed to their limits when they move from London to Glasgow in hopes of a fresh start.

Despite living in a beautiful home, everything becomes far from idyllic when Martyn (Line of Duty star Martin Compston) and his partner Rebecca (Anjli Mohindra from Bodyguard and The Suspect)  kids are tormented by their new neighbour.

When their more-than-nosey neighbour Jan (Solly McLeod) makes unnerving comments, this is only the start of the intimidation and things only escalate when they are accused of causing harm to their two young children. When the authorities refuse to step in, the couple feel that they are trapped and have nowhere to turn to for help.

Prime Video Fear trailer

The trailer for Fear shows Martin Compston and Anjli's characters being recorded and watched by Jan through a series of cameras and laptops, then receiving a letter which details the alleged abuse of their son and daughter.

Martyn's father (James Cosmo from Braveheart and more recently, Nightsleeper) visits them and tells his son, "I understand you have a situation. Protect your family". So, what lengths will Martyn go to to keep his loved ones safe?

Fear release date

Martin Compston's new series Fear has a release date of Tuesday 4th March, when all three episodes will be available to stream on Prime Video.

You can use a Prime Membership to watch Fear, which is £8.99 per month, or £95 per year if you prefer to pay annually. New members can also use a 30-day free trial.

Another option is to rent the episodes via Prime Video.
