The Yours Members site has all the latest from the magazine, including celebrity interviews like this chat with Alison Steadman and Larry Lamb who are reuniting for an epic adventure...

It’s 16 years since Alison Steadman burst onto our screens as Gavin & Stacey’s party-loving Pam Shipman, and her star is still shining every bit as bright at the age of 76. She’s often dubbed a national treasure thanks to her memorable roles in numerous films and TV shows, including Boomers and Pride and Prejudice, but behind the scenes she’s also a keen crafter, bird watcher and a doting mum to her grown-up sons, Toby and Leo.

Alison, who lives in London with her actor partner Michael Elwyn, counts her on-screen hubby and Gavin & Stacey co-star Larry Lamb, 75, among her oldest friends. The pair have been pals for 25 years and are set to enjoy a road trip reunion. The duo are travelling 210 miles in their electric car from their characters’ home in Billericay, Essex, to Barry Island, where Nessa, Uncle Bryn and, of course, Stacey famously lived.

The three-part series, called Alison & Larry: Billericay to Barry, will see them unleashing their inner Pam and Mick Shipman as they stop off to visit locations with a personal significance. They’ll also be meeting up with some old cast members along the way, plus get stuck into a few comedy capers. Tune in to see them riding the Barry Island dodgems, cold water swimming in the Cotswolds and – a particularly amusing highlight, Alison confesses when we catch up – sharing a couple’s facial.
