Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job
In series 3, Alan and Amanda travel to sunny Spain to transform a a rundown three-storey Andalusian townhouse into a beautiful B&B. With rural areas facing depopulation, their goal is to attract tourists by showcasing overlooked and neglected spots along the Costa del Sol.
"Ciao for now and Hola España!" says Alan Carr. "We can’t wait to grab our power tools and get our hard hats on and bring some much needed TLC to a casa in Spain!”
This time there is 2,000 square feet, plus an unstable roof and a crumbling outbuilding to contend with. As always, the pair are very hands-on with the project and have the trusty Sicily-based home builder and project manager, Scott Thompson to help with the renovation. Lee Thornley, founder of specialist tile company Bert & May, is also there to lend his expertise and inject some zhuzh into the property.

"By day we love getting our hands dirty knocking down walls and lugging around power tools knowing we’ll be sipping on an ice-cold reward by night, forgetting the cameras are rolling!" Amanda says.
The release date for series 3 of Amanda and Alan's show is the 24th January 2025, with episodes dropping every Friday at 8:30pm on BBC One.
Alternatively, all episodes of Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job will drop the same day on BBC iPlayer.
