His Royal Majesty King Charles III ascended to the throne alongside the Queen Consort following the passing of his mother, the late Queen, Elizabeth II. The eldest child of King Charles III and the late Princess Diana, and the grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II. He is first in line for the British throne.
Catherine, Princess of Wales
Wife of Prince William and mother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. As a non-blood relative, she is not in line to the throne but would become Queen when her husband becomes King.

The Succession to the Crown Act (2013) amended the provisions of the Bill of Rights and the Act of Settlement to end the system of male primogeniture, under which a younger son can displace an elder daughter in the line of succession. The Act applies to those born after 28 October 2011 which is why Princess Charlotte is ahead of Prince Louis in the line of succession but Princess Anne isn't ahead of her brothers.
